Ursa Technologies, Inc. (“Ursa Technologies”) offers a software-based portfolio management platform to inform and teach users about investing. Investment management and advisory services are provided by its wholly owned subsidiary, Ursa Financial, LLC (“Ursa Financial”), an SEC-registered investment adviser. Ursa Technologies and Ursa Financial may be collectively referred to as Ursa.
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a comprehensive description of Ursa Financial’s investment advisory services. Please refer to Ursa Financial’s Program Brochure for more information. Certain investments are not suitable for all investors. Before investing with Ursa Financial, please consider your investment objectives and Ursa’s fees. The rate of return on investments can vary widely over time, especially for long term investments. Investment losses are possible, including the potential loss of all amounts invested.
Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Any historical returns or expected returns are hypothetical and may not reflect actual future performance. All performance data is strictly illustrative, may represent best estimates based on available data, and may differ from actual results. Account holdings are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered investment recommendations. All Ursa performance results are shown net of fees and include dividends and other adjustments. Investors should be aware that a loss of investment is possible.
Ursa’s results represent the daily time-weighted return of Ursa’s aggregate portfolio. These results do not reflect the actual results of individual accounts nor account for impact from movement of cash flow into or out of accounts. The performance return is calculated by comparing the daily starting aggregate balance of all accounts (ending balance from prior day plus daily deposits and less daily withdrawals) to the daily ending aggregate balance of all accounts. The daily return results are then compounded over the specific periods. For performance results, “Inception Date” is defined as 7/7/20. YTD results are measured from Inception Date through 8/31/20. Performance results were prepared by Ursa Financial and have not been reviewed or audited by an independent accountant. Performance estimates are subject to future adjustment and revision.
Results for Ursa Financial compared to the performance of our illustrative benchmark, the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index (the “S&P 500”), is for informational purposes only. Ursa’s investment program does not mirror that of the S&P 500 and the volatility may be materially different from the volatility of the S&P 500. Reference or comparison to the S&P 500 does not imply that Ursa’s portfolio will be constructed in the same way as the S&P 500 nor achieve returns, volatility, or other results similar to the S&P 500. The S&P 500 is an unmanaged, market capitalization weighted index of 500 U.S. listed, large cap common stocks chosen for market size, liquidity and industry group representation to represent the overall U.S. equity performance. S&P 500 results include the reinvestment of dividends and do not reflect transaction costs. Additional information including the calculation methodology will be provided upon request.
